For retail purchases there is no minimum — you can buy a single scarf. Wholesale MOQ is 50 pieces per colourway for scarves and 30 pieces per style for bags and cardholders. Private label projects start at 200 pieces per design.

Yes. Stock samples are available at retail price plus express shipping, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order above USD 1,000. Custom samples take 10–15 days and are charged at a development fee that is quoted case by case.

In-stock items ship in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and private label runs take 15–25 business days after sample approval, plus 5–9 days express transit.

The brocade panels are woven on jacquard looms in Guangxi by operators who set and run the pattern by hand, then finished, cut and sewn by hand. We do not describe machine-printed imitations as handwoven.

Dry clean is recommended. For hand-washing, use cold water and a mild detergent, do not wring or tumble dry, and dry flat away from direct sunlight. Iron on the reverse at low temperature.

We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx and international post, with the exception of destinations where textile imports are restricted. Shipping cost and delivery estimates are shown at checkout once you enter an address.

Import duties, VAT and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts or under-declare value.

Unused retail items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, private label and cut-to-length fabric cannot be returned. See the Refund & Returns Policy for the full process.

Each pattern in our library was documented on the loom in Guangxi and is catalogued with its meaning and source. We publish the motif name with every product so you can trace what you are buying.

PayPal is our primary method and accepts major credit and debit cards without requiring a PayPal account. For bulk orders we also accept bank transfer against a proforma invoice.
