Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return window

You may return unused retail items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume or marks, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. What cannot be returned

• Custom, private label and made-to-order items produced to your specification.
• Fabric cut to length (by the metre).
• Items marked final sale or sample sale.
• Gift cards.

3. How to start a return

1. Email chenxiguoji888@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a return address and return authorisation number.
3. Ship the item back with the authorisation number written on the outside of the parcel.
4. Send us the tracking number so we can follow the parcel.

Returns sent without an authorisation number may be refused.

4. Return shipping cost

• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Wrong, damaged or defective item: we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label where the carrier allows it.

5. Refund timing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

Please email photographs of the item and the outer packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. Do not return a damaged item before contacting us.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — this is faster than a two-way exchange given international shipping times.

8. Cancellations

Retail orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the return process above applies. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production begins.

9. Wholesale orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are governed by the terms in your order confirmation. Claims for shortages or defects must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Our liability for bulk orders is limited to replacement of the defective goods or a refund of their invoice value.
